What are the shipping costs?
In the Netherlands we charge:
– EUR 1,95 for a package that fits in the mailbox (like jewelry)
– EUR 4,95 for paintings, masks and DIY-kits
– EUR 6,50 for all other items (with insurrance)
For the rest of the world we charge:
– EUR 3,95 for a package that fits in the mailbox (like jewelry)
– EUR 19,95 for paintings, masks and DIY-kits
– EUR 24,95 for all other items (with insurrance)
Gift certificates are send by e-mail for free.
Do the prices include VAT?
If you live in the EU, yes. If you live outside the EU, the prices are shown without VAT.
How can I pay?
With iDeal, PayPal, credit card, Bancontact, SoFort, bank transfer and with cash or with a card on pickup.
Do you give workshops?
Not at this moment. If that changes in the future, this will be indicated on Facebook, in the newsletter and on this website. Or, you can buy one of our Make your own-kits, that all have a full color manual.
What do you make the art of?
Sometimes you can read that at the descriptiion of the product. We try to use natural products and recycled products whenever that is possible. If a products produces light, we opt for energy-efficient variants wherever possible.
Which clay do you use?
Different types, such as wood clay, Artista, Hearty, Modena and different types of polymer clay.
Are the Castles in the Sky based on Droomvlucht in Efteling (a dark ride in a Dutch theme-park)?
No, but we understand the association and feel honored.
